Options Window Overview - Emails & Contacts

Copernic Desktop Search indexes the content of
your Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express,
Eudora and Mozilla Thunderbird mailboxes as well
as their Contacts folders (except
for Eudora).
Emails
This section displays the list of email folders
that can be indexed. You can index the entire mailbox,
or part of it.
- To index the entire mailbox, click the first
level of the tree structure (subfolders will
be indexed automatically).
- To index a specific email folder, select its
check box. Note that the chosen folder's subfolders
will be indexed automatically.
- To exclude a folder, clear its check box.
The Refresh this index now link enables
you to force the immediate index update fof all
targeted email folders.
Contacts
This section lets you select which Contacts folder
to index, if any. The Contacts folder is
your email address book and information storage
for the people and businesses you want to communicate
with.
To index the content of your address book, select
the check box that corresponds to the email program
you use (you can select both check boxes).
- Index Microsoft Outlook contacts. Choose
also Personal contacts only (Outlook Address
Book) or Personal and global contacts
(Exchange Global Address List).
- Index Microsoft Outlook Express contacts
(Windows Address Book).
- Index Mozilla Thunderbird contacts.
The Refresh this index now link enables
you to force the immediate index update of the Contacts folders.
When the customization is finished, click OK to
close the Options window.
